tracktransfer and OMF tool

Hi,
Maybe an old topic (but couldnt find anything in the archives..)

Tried to find out how to export sessions to OMF from PTLE? OMF tool seems to be mac only in the download section. The same for "track transfer utility". Both tools seems very useful .
Anyone using them on the PC? Maybe I'm missing something obvious....?

the OMF tools is not yet available for PC but i believe it might be part of the next update.

the Track Transfer utility was never available for PC but from version 5.1 onward, it is part of the ProTools application rather than a stand alone utility.

to access it, open the session you want to import tracks to and select Import Track from the File menu. this works in the exact same fashion as Track Transfer but it allows you to perform the operation from within the ProTools application.

Thanks a lot for the info!
Interesting to see how well exporting with OMF will work. Could be a big timesaver when moving sessions between Logic/PT. I program in LA but mix in PT. Wish there would be a efficient to make all audio files to start at bar 1 on LA. I mean not one at a time...
