It's a known bug apparently. I saw in another thread. Someone suggested just to click Allow until they fix it...

I believe disabling firewire networking in OSX is in Avid's recommended tweaks list, and might solve this pop-up issue...

i never ever allow any program to accept incoming communications ... Unless you are using App Man .. that might require this ..

i hate all this crap .. Apple ID this morning made me sign in and out a dozen times before it stopped tossing me messages ..

hackers YOU SUCK .. you have destroyed our ability to work without all this security hassle ..

Yes. I can turn it off but I'm not going to.

its the avid cloud collaboration and marketplace stuff.. it wants your protools to connect to the internet and talk to avid.

i uses little snitch to block it, protools just sees an empty void where the internet should be..
