I now have (1) 34" Ultra Wide Screen and (1) 29" Ultra Wide Screen. I love the format of the screens. Placing them side by side, simply was not an option as it would make my Studio Monitors have to sit too far apart, which would cause me to have to move my desk even further from the back wall, and based on my room, that was not ideal.

I searched for a way to mount one on top of the other, then found this LCD TV/Screen Mount for mounting the way I needed to. Its built like a tank and code around $50 bucks.

I'm curious if any of you have tried this in the past, and if so, let me know what your thought were working like this?

I have a similar vertical setup for mobile in a rack, neck doesn't dig it...after a few hours of up and down, you wouldn't guess to look at it, but its quite a bit more effort than side to side

YMMV.

I much prefer additional screens to the side for dsp usage and the various secondary windows. You have a console. You don't need the mix window.
Only thing I have at the front of the room behind the console is a large 60(?) inch LCD tv for video and watching movies etc...

Agreed. Especially with the Inserts and Sends being viewable in the Edit window, I very seldom use the Mix window.

I worked like this in my old edit suite, it took getting used to but it works fine ... I would have my edit on the lower display and always have my plugins etc to the top [emoji106]

I've never liked displaying plugins and sends in the edit window. Not sure why, a preference I guess.
