Hopefully someone with experience with both could help me. Spent 3 hours last night trying to troubleshoot a customer without success. Apart from putting PT online and chossing the right ports for the sync clock( nanosyncs HD in both reader and MTC generator fields in Synchronizatioon page) is there anything special to make PT receive LTC/MTC? Their vidieo rig isn't receiving the LTC feed also, and by plugging the LTC out of the nano in a MIF4 LTC in, I confirmed the nano is sending LTC through its port.
A bit at a loss with all this!!:( Read the nano manual and looked into PT manual(which enumarate the functions without giving any realworld example on how to sync PT with a video rig). Thanks for your time.
