This is the 2nd time this has happened. I go to open the ProTools app. and the dreaded question mark in the the center of my PT8 icon appears in my dock. I go to my apps. folder on system drive and PT8 is mysteriously missing from the Digidesign folder...requiring me to reinstall the program.
Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix for it? Using vers. 8.0.4. Thanks.
