Select Waves 7.1 Plug-Ins Folder

First of all sorry for my bad english and my ignorance, I'm really a PTRookie.
Every time I run on my Mac my PT M-Powered when plugins are loading it opens a Waves Preference Window. Then, no matter what I choose, it goes to another window where I supposed to Select Waves 7.1 Plug-Ins Folder.
I can't find WaveShell-DAE 7.1.dpm, is that the problem? How can I fix it? There's a way to disable it?
I've another issue. I've already installed the Izotope Ozone 4 on my system, but i can't find it in PT. Do I have to enable it in somewhere?

hi li, navigate to applications > waves > plug ins,
hit choose, you're good.

I have just upgraded to 8 and now have this error message, it does not seem t matter which folder I point it at, "waves" wave plugins, waveshell dae 7.1 etc etc, the select folder menu keeps re-appearing, however I can click on cancel and all works fine, just want to get rid of this annoying message
