HDD don't eject after each session

Hello

since few days I have a serious problem, after each session on PT 8.04
I live Protools but my external Hdd don't want to be ejected

So I found a little app called "what is keeping me ? this app permit to quit the app who "secretly" keep the drive.
So when I run it it indicates
PLAYmemoryserver____and some related digidesign files in .ddb

when I kill them, I can eject the disk

any ideas

Is this happening after you quit Pro Tools or do you still have Pro Tools running when trying to eject the disk?

If it's the latter - you need to eject the disk from Pro Tools Workspace window first...

this happens after I quit Pro Tools
but
I will try what you suggest, to eject the disk from the workspace first
I will also try with other sessions, see if it's the same
