Help w/ My software

When I Start up my Pro-Tools it has a message that says "Unable to locate M-Audio Hardware.Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on."

But the thing is my Keystudio 49 is connected and turned on.So is there something else wrong or what???

The KeyStudio 49 isn't listed. The KeyStudio 49i is. The standard version doesn't "qualify" as valid/compatible hardware.
