When I used LE there was a setting at the bottom of the options drop down menu for recording that would turn off all the plugins and reduce the latency. Is this not available on M-Powered?

I don't believe so. I have M-Powered and don't have that option, but I have heard of it on LE systems.

There isn't such a thing...

There is Lower latency monitoring @ the bottom but that does not turn off all plung(as another poster calls it) nor does is reduce latency; it jus allows u to monitor not hearing it...

Oh crap. What do you do, go through your whole session and bypass every plugin? It doesn't make sense not to have that.

I have mixed my session and want to add another guitar part. There is so much latency I can't record. I always used to hit that Lower Latency on the option menu and I'd have no problem.

OK well, no deal on M-powered or Mboxes as far as LLM... Racks only:o...

If you hold shift while opening the session it makes all plugs inactive.

Is there a shortcut to turn the plugins off when the program has already launched?

Same way you tun them on. "hot Keys" then click 1. They turn on, off in lines. In the mixer window you click 1 and all in that line will be active / inactive.

I'm sorry, I guess I'm a little slow. Could you spell that out for me? I don't understand hot keys and lines. Thanks.

Press cmd, opt, apple then click 1 plug in.
THis will turn on all plug ins or off. But in a line i mean say the 1st insert on every channel. Then click the second etc etc.
