sync issue

Hi,

I was wondering if any kind people would advise me on hooking up the following, so that all of it will lock together:

automated desk (sends & recieves mmc)
alesis brc
protools 24mix plus
digi usd
motu mtp av

there seems to be a couple of ways of doing this, but if anybody has experience I would like to know which seems to be the most reliable.
