Hello, I have around 10 plug-ins authorized on my hard drive which is set
for 2 partitions and I need to format the ProTools partition because Im installing a new bigger drive for ProTools soon, my questions are:

1: If I do a regular format will my authoriztions be LOST ?.

2: In which way is it prefered to format the partition?.

3: What should I _NOT_ do when I format the drive in hope of keeping the disk authorized?.

I.ex, will I _loose_ all authorizations if I format the drive?? or will I
get the drive authorized becaus Im _not_ formatting the other partition?.

Any help from persons experienced with this is mostly appreciated.

-The PACE copy protection that we use for our software is capable of surviving a hard disk initialization. In some cases, the software may ask you to “verify” your authorization with the original key disk. Once this is done, you will no longer be prompted for the key disk.

-Partitions of a single drive cannot be initialized independently. The partition map of the drive is lost, hence all data on all partitions of a single drive is lost.
