can't get fax to digi register #

this is not anything for a thread I just
need to document my experience.
I purchased a mixplus system from my digi dealer on the 29th of DEC. I have sent my
reg card in on the 13th of JAN. I have also been trying to fax my reg card to:
650.856.4275 for three days!It is monday
the 15th, a holiday, and still busy at the fax. What gives?!!!!

The problem is on our end. Please accept our apologies. Our Fax number is currently not operational. Pacific Bell, one of our phone service providers, is working on a solution.
