Having problem with new Magma 6slot

Just bought a Magma 6 slot Expans. Chas. and I'm getting clicks and pops when I record.
I don't hear it as I'm recording. I hear it as I play the track back. I've tried getting rid of the DAE/Digi setup/Protools Pref's and that did'nt work! I've tried upping my memory-nope, don't work! http://www.digidesign.com/ubb/images/icons/frown.gif When I put the cards back in the computer, Hey it works. http://www.digidesign.com/ubb/images/icons/grin.gif
Please help me solve this promblem......

No solution here, but I'm running a 6-slot as well with no problems. Seems like a digital syncing problem.

If you are using "Internal" Sync mode for both tests (cards in the computer and then in the chassis), and you are only getting clicks when the cards are in the chassis:
-Reseat the Chassis host and backplane cards

-Reseat the chassis cable at both ends

-Try installing the chassis host card in another slot in the CPU.

If problems persist:
-Contact Magma for further troubleshooting.
