Fixing a few Clicks & Pops on tracks?

I have a few tracks that are perfect except for 1 or 2 little clicks & pops. I don't want to re-record them.

What is a good software to repair these problems?
Are the (free download) Bomb Factory clip removers & noise meters any good?

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Keep in mind that I'm a newbie.

if its just one or two you could fix them with your pencil tool. Zoom in on them, get the pencil out and draw them away.
