ati chipset compatibility? (Emachines M5310)

sorry, i could not find any info on my chipset, so i will ask straight up. please point me in the right direction if this has already been addressed. here is what I am running:

-Emachines M5310 Laptop
-Mobile AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2400+ (1.79gHz Processor Speed)
-ATI Technologies A3/U1 S2K chipset
-768mb RAM
-External Dedicated Audio Hard Drive (firewire, DMA enabled)
-Windows XP Professional with SP2
-MBox with PT LE 6.4


...my main question is about the chipset. is the "ATI Technologies A3/U1 S2K CPU to PCI Bridge" chipset compatible with PT LE 6.4 and my Mbox?
