Is there a way to get the Pro-53 software synth to intergrate into Pro-Tools?

The latest version Pro53 is RTAS; You can use it in protools like you would any other plugin.
If you already own it, check with Native for the update. It's $30US in their online shop (http://www.nativeinstruments.de/index.php?pro53updshop_us).

You can also wrap the VST version with the vst-rtas adapter (http://fxpansion.com/product-rtasadapter-main.php) from fxpansion.
