Need some help regarding midi / softsampler

I can only get (1 midi note - 1 Battery sample) to play at any one point in time.
A (2nd midi note - Battery sample) keyed in at the same timepoint will not play, and a new (midi note - Battery sample) will gate out whatever (midi note - Battery sample) was playing before it.

I sure this is a polyphony setting somewhere either in protools or in battery
Need help asap.

At least in Kontakt you need to set the number of Voices to enable polyphony. I suspect there is a similar selection for number of voices in BAttery too. Your's is probably set to 1. It should be at least 16.
