OT: new microphone isolation accessory

I recently saw a blurb in one of the industry 'zines (Mix,EM,PAR, etc) about a foam isolating piece that's attaches to a mic stand and effectively blocks off-axis sound. I'm tring to find more info about it, but I can't recall where I saw it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or have any opinions on it?
