Hi, I'm looking to buy logic 6 or cubase in the near future. I want to know if I could use my mbox as a soundcard for either of those sequencers applications. Or am I only limited to protools? If any of the other applications does work with my mbox (not protools software) which on will be more compatible with a G4 running osX 10.3.3? Thanks to all response!!!

You're in Luck I recently purchased Logic 6 express after 6 months of using Cubase SL .

By Far Logic runs better on my mac . Better Cpu performance Better plugins

One point goes to cubase for allowing more than 12 inputs using the limited version

I'd personally go with LOGIC. It has better plug ins, is less draining on the CPU, and I;m sure it won't crash your system as much as my Cubase Sx. I read in a lot of places before I bought Cubase that ProTools users would usually marry up their system with Logic. However, at the time, Logic looked a little daunting to me so I bought Cubase. I wish I'd done the other, nothing but CRASH CRASH CRASH !!
