mbox inputs - one louder than other....

hi, with the input trim pots in exactly the same position one channel is always louder (the left i think) - this makes recording stereo signals difficult unless you like looking at stereo position monitors? i don't.... anyone else's mbox like this?

Yes it happens to me all the time..I just turn one of the knobs till its even.

Mine does it too, randomly. Same signal, same cable plugged into IN-1 needs the pot at 3o'clock to match the IN-2 level at 12o'clock.

This is funky.
