Bounce to Disk problems

Good'ay fellow digi folk,
Working on a soundtrack for some weeks now and now that i have finished i am trying to bounce to disk. when selecting BTD it plays through all the audio but once finished a dialogue box appears that reads "unable to complete Bounce command becuase assertion in "FF_Audioproperty.ccp"line33" Could anybody tell me what this could possibly mean?

PS. I can BTD from any other Session, and i could even BTD from the above mentioned session up until i had finished my final mix when it decided to give up on me.

There is another thread about this updated about 12 hours ago. For me the solution was to set the playback engine settings at h/w buffer: 256, cpu: 99%, and dae level 2.
