T-Racks EQ and ProTools LE 6.4 - Major issue

I'm using PT 6.4, coreaudio 6.5.2 on OS 10.3.4.

When I preview T-racks audiosuite it sounds fine, and it sounds fine if I use it realtime.
When I hit "process" or when I bounce a track to disk, my waveform blows out to infinity and playback is just a bunch of white noise.

I've contacted T-Racks tech support twice, but no response.

Anyone know what's up with this?

I've had exactly the same problem in Audiosuite mode except I get an awful clicking sound when I hit preview. Weird.

did you guys register the product...the version that comes on the cd bundle is indeed an "unlimited, eq only" product but it has to be registered to get rid of the white noise stuff...

It's very registered. All 3 products are confirmed registered.
And the fact that IK hasn't contacted me is very disturbing.
Is this the norm for them? I had heard they were really cool.

I had a small problem that I could not figure out. A fifty cent call to IK in Southern Florida and 10 minutes later I was up and running. I was willing to pay 100 times that to rid myself of the aggrevation.
