Best way to get rid of expired plugins?

Hey guys, what is the best way to get rid of those pesky plugins that have demos on them? I just want my protools to start when i double click on it. I dont want to have to click "quit" like 90,000 times. Should I go to the library-->app support-->digi-->plugin folder and start deleting? I thought i'd ask first just in case doing that would totally ruin my rig.
