What software is out there to make cue sheets from a PT session? Anyone?

I second the suggestion for "Tape" from Wild Sync. It is a pretty comprehensive program which integrates well while ProTools is running. Can be used for ADR and Foley spotting as well. There is also a module which will do ADR recording within ProTools. Check it out.
