Reason 2.0 installed and ran without any problems on my system, which also already had 5.3.2 and Digi ASIO driver installed.

I then installed the free Reason 2.5 upgrade, and that worked correctly as well.

If you have a full licensed Reason 2.0 package, you should get the free upgrade to 2.5 from Propellerhead - maybe installing that will clear up the problem (and you'll get a few interesting new effects.)

You may have too many rewire.dll files on your system. Do a file search on all drives for rewire.dll and if you find multiple copies, remove all but one with the latest version. If you are afraid to delete the files, just change the name to something else like rewire.bak. I believe the only copy of that file should be under C:\Windows\System32 directory.
