MP3 PT 10.3.10 export stopped after renewing iLok activation

I renewed my pts10/11/12HD iLok licenses yesterday in case I want to install pts 12.6 (perpetual license) but now @pts10 the mp3 export doesn't work anymore. I got 10.3.10 and 12.5.1 both installed on a windows7 PC

My system is in my signature.

Anyone got a clue? It's quite annoying, I use it a lot.

Update (without results... :-( )
I uninstalled iLok LicMananger, deleted iLok drivers/support, uninstalled pts10.3.10 including deleting all prefs
re-installed latest iLok LicManager, re-installed (also older) iLok "InterLok Driver Setup Win64" (that's in a folder of the "LicenseSupportInstallerWin64_v3.1.1_r34746")
re-installed pts 10.3.10, but in the end the problem is still there.
There are other threads in the DUC about this problem, there the above was suggested, well, it didn't do it for me.

Any clues?

But here it worked for years very nicely, until yesterday...

Same thing happened to me after swapping my HD license for the new perpetual license, My ilok manager is up to date, and I resynchronized/repaired the ilok and restarted the computer, no luck. I've never had this issue in the past, obviously not a huge deal, but would like to get it to work.

Strange indeed. I'd like to work it too. It's quite handy. Probably occurs to more customers.

Same here after updating iLok license ... trying to export in mp3 the iLok license activation window appears ... after quitting / cancelling activation PT crashes

Same here, I've also tried to mp3 bounce on another Mac running PT 10.3.9 and PT 12.4 and the same happens. It's new authorization issue.
Got a mail from Avid support, they suggest to uninstall and reinstall all (???)

Hi there, I've got a mail from support, they need to replace the 12.6 licenses.
Btw they given to me a temporary 30 days license.
Hope this help.
