iLok activation code

I recently purchased Pro Tools 12 and I am having trouble activating it because my iLok License Manager shows I have 0 Licenses.

Where do I get my iLok License Manager activation code from ?

It appears to be a 32 number code.

I can see my iLok in the License Manager and it says it mine but still 0 License.

I have downloaded and installed Pro Tools but of course I can't go through with full activation because of 0 License.

1st. create an avid account.
2nd.create an Ilok account.
3rd. Usually the activation code is for the avid account...
If goes we'll, will ask your Ilok account to deposit the license.

Or... Will give you an Ilok activation code for you to manually deposit/activate the license when logged-in to your Ilok account with the Ilok manager.
4th. Buy an USB Ilok v2.
5th. Move the licenses from the Ilok account "cloud" to your USB, with the Ilok manager.

Beware of step #3. If you type wrong your Ilok account name, and someone has a similar account name, you will deposit the license to someone else, and loose your money.

It's like purchasing something and sending to the wrong address & wrong name.

I've made my iLk and AVID accounts
I've linked my iLok account to my AVID account and was careful to put in the right details...
Where do I find the 'activation code' for my ilok licence manager?
