Checked your iLok account and it shows Pro Tools 10 surrendered and the PT11 bundle activated on your iLok2.

DigiTechSupt, I'm having the problem with the 11 upgrade not being deposited into my iLok account after successfully registering it earlier and getting the confirmation email back from Avid. I'm positive I specified my correct iLok account ID to.

Any advice on a "wrong 10CPTK to 11 purchase choice"? It was late..I was tired...I bought 10CPTK to 11HD when I should have done 9/10CPTK to 11HD. Got through registration..now the iLok is looking to surrender "Pro Tools 10 license" when I have the "9/10 bundle license" on my iLok. Any quick fix for this?
Or must I submit a return and refund and start again? I think there are others who have done this too. |

I'm confused, I'm also elligble for a free student upgrade, but haven't received any email. Found this forum through some googling. My iLok account hasn't shown any signs of having PT11 on it either. Are the emails being sent out in waves, and I have to just wait, or is not receiving the email something I should look into?

Nothing here on my end. Purchased a student version of 9 in 2011 and to my knowledge the Student Upgrades are for 4 years right? Guess I'll just sit tight.
