Default DAE error 23 encountered

Can anyone supply any information about the following Pro Tools 10.2 error?

DAE error 23 encountered

It is occurring as a popup following -9073 "can't get audio from the drive(s)" freezes during playback.

After multiple tests and disk checks on my audio tracking HDD revealed no problems, I decided to install an SSD as a caching disk for current sessions, in case the access speed was the basic problem. With sessions moved to the SSD my problems went away. Then the original HDD started giving bad block errors!

So the problem appears to have been related to a failing disk drive with bad blocks effecting some of the session clip files. So while not getting to the bottom of "error 23", I'd start, in future looking at read or speed error files on some session files.
