Default Protools using AMD CPU / MB
Hi, can anyone please advise / post any working AMD systems with PT10.

I started a post on 12/10/2011 called, "PT10HD on a AMD dual Opteron MOBO works fine"

AFAIK, it is not a qualified system, but seems to perform adequately..subject to the issues as reported in other threads.

AFAIK - AMD doesn't make their own mobo's...... BTW - I used to work for the company here in Austin TEXAS - they were making the athlon 1.X Ghz processor in those days.......

They do however have the NB and SB chipsets on many boards including the Asus that i presently have......No issues but i am still on 9
