Smile Video in Pro Tools??

I am trying to create drumming videos of my playing. I already have the tracks I want to play to, and i have 2 DV cameras ready to roll. Do I record both Pro Tools and the DV cameras at the same time and then import the video after to sync up?? I've never done this before so i'm trying to see what the popular way is? HELP!

Thanks!
