Default How recover serial number, release code, registration id

Hello Dear Friends!
I need to re install my Pro Tools 8.0.3 and the updater to 8.0.4, but I don't have the yellow card and the email where appears the serial number, release code and registration ID, How Can I recover all the information that I need to install and register??? Or, Where Can I find it??? I have my purchase ticket and the credit card billing statement where appears my purchase, my name, etc. and obviusly the email address used to register

Please help! I writting from México....
