Error -1125...

Hey,

Been having a few issues with one of our rigs in the past couple of hours...started off with the second DA popping and clicking quite badly while showing it was locked to wordclock fine, (all other converters locked to the same source and working as normal) I have tried switching the converter for another and plugging them up different ways with the digilinks but the problem always stayed with outputs 17-32. These outputs have been plugged into each different HD card, still with the same problem on all.

...Now, unfortunatly, pro tools wont boot at all, coming up with DAE -1125 error, which i have had in the past but has always been fine after a reboot, not this time though.


We're using a quad 2.5 ppc G5
Pt 7.3.1
Digidesign Expeansion Chassis
HD3 Accel
3x Apogee AD16x
4x Apogee DA16x


I have tried the same computer with our other expansion chassis (HD3 Accel w/prism converters) and it all works fine...


any ideas??

trashed pref's
rebooted etc...but still get DAE error -1125 on startup

You should contact tech support by phone for assistance with this. It may be due to a timing reset issue, in which case we would swap out your cards.

Does Digitest give the same error?

I have an apogee rosetta 800 and a Apogee 16x AD and i was getting this message

Made sure all my cables were snug and re-booted the apogees while the comp was on and tried opening pro tools again and it seemed to fix the problem
