This is a really loaded question for a few reasons. Think this over and you may find your own answers or a better way to ask. What do you mean by "fullness" and why is it missing? Are your tracks well recorded(good mic, pre and mic position)? Did the instruments sound good before you recorded them(or are you trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear)? Are your monitors accurate and your room tuned(with acoustic treatments) so you are hearing a reasonably accurate reproduction? Does the music need some added "color" to fill in the weak areas(does it need another guitar played in a lower register, does it have no bass track, would a synth pad help to fill the missing fullness)? I know I haven't answered the question, but more info will help us to offer the best suggestions.
