Pops and Clicks and other problems

Ever since I installed Pro Tools 5.0 on my G3, I've had problems with masterlistCD. I get pops an clicks during playback as well as an error saying that it cannot locate the hardware for playback. Is there a problem with DigisystemINIT 5.0 ?
