Default Authorization Exeption


When i try to open up pro tools first i was met with an error stateing:

"Pro Tools First cannot run, because an error occurred.
Database Item Date Out Of Range"

clicked OK then i was met with..

Sign into Pro Tools was not successful. Please visit Avid.com to learn how you can enable cloud functionality for you account.

I have used Pro Tools and successfully recorded some track on pro tools for about 4 days now until last evening when this error started. I tried rebooting changing time zones on the computer witching it back to Pacific then Central because of the Date Out OF Range error message. Kinda Stumped here...

I am not able to send a screen shot. i uninstalled the program and during the reinstall i get a message that says the Pace Licence support failed to install...

i am running windows 7 (x64) 16gigs of ram with an i5 quad core

I attached a screenshot of the same error... I had noticed my machine was on Pacific Time and this happened after I corrected to EST. Also tried putting it back to Pacific Time still get the same error... uggh.

Was there ever a solution found for this issue? I just got Pro Tools First on my brand new computer. The time was wrong on my comp. I fixed it but now I can't sign in to Pro Tools at all.

Hello beatingdrum,

This is a long shoot, try uninstalling PT|First and the AppMan. Restart computer reinstall both.
