CoreAudio manager, 192 — HW not found

Avid HD native system, 192. MacOS 10.12.6, Avid CoreAudio manager 11.2.1, Cheese-grater Mac Pro

I would like to use the 192 for other audio sources besides ProTools – ITunes, browser with Youtube, Amazon VOD, etc.. ProTools is installed on this Mac but on a different HD startup boot. It works fine.

Can't get the CoreAudio manager to recognize the 192, nor info about it to appear in System Preferences. It says "Status: Not Connected (HW not found)". Yes the 192 is turned on.

How can I make this work, please? If I need to upgrade the driver installer can someone please give the link to the download. I am not presently a member of avid permanent tech support so I can't ask them.

I think CoreAudio was broke from 11 to 12 and it started working again around 12.6.x.
That is most likely your issue, looks like you are running v11.
