I have Pro Tools 8 and I track out evrything from vocals to snares, the studio i go to has Pro Tool 7.4,my question is how do I move my session from PT8 too PT 7.4 track out as it is in my session at home and if so is it possible that my plugins could also be transferd from PT8 Too PT7.4?

Most things should transfer just fine. If you have used PT8 instruments, they won't be available on the 7.4 setup. If you do any Elastic Pitch edits, you need to commit/render them as 7.4 does not have Elastic Pitch.
