Default Poor Sales Service From Digital Audio Denmark (DAD)

Hopefully someone can help me out with this...

We ordered a M.O.M controller 3 weeks ago from Digital Audio Denmark (DAD), after weeks of emails, phone calls & Skype calls we are yet to receive even shipping confirmation?????

Has anyone else experienced this poor service from them?

We have been dealing with the local agent ( Pro Direct ).

Our local agent has been experiencing the same delays, lack of communication etc.

Stephen,
They are attending IBC 2019. It's a HUGE European trade show. They have been there for the last week and today is the last day. You should email them directly again and not through your vendor.

Hi Marti,

I am aware of IBC, however the unit was ordered and paid for more than 3 weeks ago. And since then, the local agent and myself have had either no communication from DAD or just excuses about why the unit has not shipped.

Also, surely as a pro audio supplier a trade show cannot prevent your business from normal trade.

Will try follow up directly again today.
