Avid Account Totally Messed Up
None of my hardware, which has all been registered for years, is appearing in my account. In addition, licenses I'm supposed to have never went into my ilok account - they are there as trials when they are supposed to be full licenses.
I registered some new hardware today and that is not appearing in my account either. I purchased an Omni HD and never received a Digilink license. There was supposed to be a card in the box but it wasn't there. I bought right when the new license was being instituted and my dealer told me lots of cards did not make it into the boxes as Avid promised. In addition, licenses I do have are not recognized by the current version of plug-in such as the Fairchild 670, Bomb Factory stuff and Pultec Bundles. Someone from Avid please help.
