Blue screen when I start pro tools

I am running a mbox 2 on a dell pc with a gig of ram, 180 gb of memory and a pentium 4 processor which runs at 2.5 ghz. My pro tools was running fine until I got digital cable, even when I unhook the cable modem from my computer it does nothing. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but every time I double click pro tools to run it a blue screen comes up saying I don't have enough resources. I disconnected all other usb's from my computer and did all the optimizations suggested in the mbox 2 booklet. If anyone can help I greatly would appreciate it. I apologize in advance if some one has asked this already but I couldn't find the thread.

The error that comes up on the blue screen says:

Try downloading and installing the latest drivers from www.paceap.com - as that's usually what the 'tpkd' files are related to.

Do I download the interlok drivers? I'm not sure if I should download Windows 32 bit drivers or the 64 bit one. How can I tell which I need?

32 bit, unless you are using XP 64 bit edition, but I doubt that since you're using PT and it's not 64 bit compatible.

my pro tools goes down with a bsod as soon as I try to run it

You realize, you have tapped into a 6 year old thread without any information about your particular PT version or system information... much has changed around here in that time.
