Uninstall PT11 HELP

What on earth. Why is there no uninstall anymore? I think I just deleted all my 3rd party plugins following Avid's instructions.

Do I have to reinstall all these? Updating to 11.3 has turned into a nightmare.

Gave up, just rolled back from my clone. 11.2 for me I guess.

11.3 has an uninstaller and and "old" style installer instead of a drag and drop. If you are cloned then run the 11.3 uninstaller then run the 11.3 installer.

Once you delete Application Support/Avid/Audio you kill your AAX plugins and the uninstall doc says so just beneath the instruction to remove that folder.

Really? I was getting crashes and assertion errors with 11.3. Felt like an uninstall and reinstall was in order. Just installing these updates over the previous version is okay?

That's what I've done for years without issue. Sounds like maybe you could use a Prefs trash etc. (assertion errors are usually a sign of this)

Ya. Probably should have done that. I just rolled back from my clone before I updated a few things. Seemed really unstable.
