Hello!
I'm new one on this forum, and I like to say Hello to Everyone :) Sorry for my english, it's not my first language. I just bought the Expansion Pack , try to install , and got the same problem. "SystemId **** Entered does not match the SystemId on record for this Serial Number ****" For information, Win 7 64 , no IE on system. Please , I need help. Regards Mirek I'm wondering.. why can't Avid do anything with this issue. As I can see, it's happen all the time.. |

Hello,
Same story, just bought an eleven rack with firmware 1.00.3, got the Expansion Pack but cannot update. I'm an a mac with OS X 10.11.4. I got the "cannot activate" issue but resolved it by creating the missing folder. But now I have the Systemid mismatch with Serial Number. I just created a case about this, if a support staff can have a look to send me valid credentials. Thanks !! :) |

Quick update : had an answer from the support less than 24h after I submited my problem, with a new activation code and it worked !
Good job on the support ! (But still, the buying process needs to be audited...) Indeed :) |

Hi!
I´ve bought a used Eleven Rack (without any Registration Card). I´ve updated the Firmware to 1.00.3 and install the Software Version 1.2.9. So far so good. Today, I bought the Expansion Pack today and have the same problem: "SystemId **** Entered does not match the SystemId on record for this Serial Number ****" I have allready open a Support Case and recieve a Case number via eMail. There are many User´s wich get no answer from the support (i read that several times on my research) and that´s why i post here. I´m working on a iMac with OS X 10.11.5 and the Workaround to create the needed folders in the libary doesn´t solve the problem. The support send me a new serial number and that fixed the problem!
