Pro Tools HD11 iLok License disappeared during deactivation???? Haaaalllp!
Yo!
I just plugged in my Pro Tools HD 11 ilok (literally all it had on it was the HD11 bundle) back into my internet connected computer for the first time in almost 2 years to deactivate the license and move it to a different iLok... When I hit deactivate, the PT HD11 bundle license just disappeared! If I log into my iLok account online, it is still listed as 'activated'... but it appears no where whatsoever in my iLok manager! The original iLok it was on is now empty. What is going on?? The only reason I moved it was to upgrade it to 2018! I have also dropped a support email to iLok. The iLok is covered with ZDT & TLC... but it still functions fine!

Abort mission!
Abort mission! Perhaps the lovely people at iLok recovered it quick smart, or my internet is just terrible - but selecting the old (and empty) HD11 iLok and clicking the 'synchronise' button seemed to sort out the issue. After a restart of iLok manager it appeared. Phew!

Usually with anything iLok & licenses I just drag from one iLok to the other.
