Default why should one upgrade to protools 6.2 from 5.31 ?

I would like to upgrade to protools 6.2 But I am trying to figure out if all my plugins will still work the same . Will bombfactory still work? Also do I get a higher track count? The upgrade is only 75 dollars and I think it may allow avid to work on my computer...Why upgrade?

I don't think you will be able to upgrade to PTLE 6.2 for winXP since this version is still not available for XP!!!
