Default Groove Agent (SE) in PTMP

When i use groove agent in PTMP, its not in time with where i line it up. Do you have to perform some sort of delay compensation on the other tracks to line them up with Groove Agent? I use FXPansion VST-RTAS converter, put Groove agent as an instrument with its outputs patched to an audio track so i can record a stereo audio file of the groove agent output.
