Urggghhh...5.1.1 install prob
OK, my own stupidity, but HELP!
Recently tried to upgrade 5.1 to 5.1.1 under OS 9.0 Of course it wouldn't start up THEN read the compatability doc and found that I needed min. OS 9.04 Trashed 5.1.1 and re-installed 5.1 so I could get back to work Just now upgraded OS to 9.1 Tried to install 5.1.1 - getting error message that says "software 5.1 must be installed in order to upgrade to 5.1.1" - so although 5.1 IS installed, the upgrade installer doesn't see it Any ideas? MUCH appreciated - and MERRY CHRISTMAS/HAPPY HOLIDAYS everyone!

Re: Urggghhh...5.1.1 install prob
Are you booting up with your Pro Tools extension set active before running the updater? Get 5.1 working, which may involve a fresh installation from your Pro Tools 5.1 CD after deleting your previous installation, then quit the PT 5.1 app and run the 5.1.1 updater.
