Default Re: Is anyone else still waiting for their PT8 upgrade?

I'm still waiting too. I'm starting to think i did something wrong with the registration or something else went wrong somehow.
Does it have to show up in My Digi even if I bought the 7.4 + Special Upgrade from my dealer?
Bought mine dec 2nd.

once you register the 7.4 upgrade it should show in your digi account immediately. Once you receive the 8 upgrade email like most of us are patiently waiting for from digi, it will then show up in your digi account.

It doesn't show up. I only have some MPTK pdfs there.
I didn't buy it at the digi store and I can't remember that I logged it when I went through the registration. Thats the main reason why I was wondering.

I'be already been there and couldn't figure out, where my activation code was. I've got registration, serial, confirmation and release code, but no activation code.

Ok cool, same thing I bought from sweetwater. What ever dealer you purchased this from should have sent you an activation code in your email. You then should have entered this code that stars with LE......... Once you enter this activation code deposited into your digi account you should see downloads for 7.4 and 7.4.2 with an authorization code as well as a confirmation email from DIGI that you registered the new product.
