Default Wave burner pro- Different speeds

My waveburner pro is converting but usually at a faster tempo and higher pitch. It works sometimes but lately it's messed up. Do I have to change the hardware from optical to internal before I bounce interlaced files to disc? I've tried this and I don't think that's the problem.

Somewhere is a sample rate mismatch... you should switch to internal.. but if the files were bounced down with the wrong sample rate in the header.. things will be screwey.

If everything were done right.. and you BTD'ed at 44.1kHz with the clock set externally or internally at 44.1kHz, then when you use WB, you should switch to internal.
