Hardware in use by another application(-1133)

What's going on fellow Pro-Toolers..I'm new to this forum, and Pro Tools as well..
so far I have taken all the right steps so it seemed until..I recieved the error that I have posted in the subject line..if anyone can help please....I mean please let me know...

I have a firewire410
Power Mac G5
Pro tools M-powered 6.8r2
